We seek to expand the opportunities to enjoy culture in daily life by creating the foundation for spontaneous and autonomous citizens-oriented art and cultural activities while realizing cultural democracy by removing cultural gaps. And we will take the lead in creating the “life with culture” for all citizens by restoring communal culture and inducing changes in communities through art and cultural activities.

We seek to satisfy citizens’ desire for art and cultural activities and share and empathize various issues of communities through the medium of arts and culture. We do not pursue an ordinary mechanism of learning simple techniques in arts and culture but arts and culture to manifest the value of humanism.
